Sofia Ramirez is a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) with a Master’s in Counselling. She specializes in helping individuals reconnect with their inner resilience and navigate the complex interplay of identity, belonging, and healing.

With a deep understanding of the layers of trauma that can accompany bicultural and intergenerational experiences, Sofia offers a compassionate, grounded space for individuals to heal, grow, and reclaim their authentic voice.
